There are a few ways to recover your old Facebook account without email and password.
- Use your phone number. If you have your phone number linked to your account, you can use it to recover your password. Go to the Facebook login page and click on "Forgot Password." Then, enter your phone number and click on "Send Code." Facebook will send you a code via SMS. Enter the code and click on "Submit." You will then be able to reset your password.
- Use your friends. If you have any friends who are still friends with you on Facebook, you can ask them to help you recover your account. Go to the Facebook login page and click on "Forgot Password." Then, click on "Get Help from Friends." Facebook will send a message to your friends asking them to help you recover your account.
- Submit a form. If you have tried all of the above and you are still unable to recover your account, you can submit a form to Facebook. Go to the Facebook Help Center and click on "Contact Us." Then, select "I can't access my account" and click on "Submit." Facebook will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
Here are some additional tips for recovering your old Facebook account:
- Use a computer or mobile phone that you have previously used to log into your account. This will help Facebook to verify your identity.
- Be as specific as possible when providing information about your account. The more information you can provide, the better your chances of recovering your account.
- Be patient. It may take some time for Facebook to review your request and get back to you.
